George is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with more than 20 years of solid finance and management experience working for most of his career with large multinational groups, leading and advising on all finance related issues.
He has substantial experience in dealing with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and coaching teams. George has profound knowledge in finance, including strategic business reviews, financial planning and analysis as well as accounting. He is accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline driven environments working effectively alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Giorgos is an experienced Finance Manager with over 7 years of experience in audit and financial services, specializing in the financial services sector. Prior to his current role, Giorgos worked at a leading Big Four firm in Cyprus, where he managed large-scale audit engagements across diverse industries.

As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holding an ACA qualification, Giorgos brings valuable expertise to his finance management role, leveraging his deep knowledge of financial operations and auditing to enhance the company's financial strategies and decision-making processes. Michael brings over 30 years of experience in advising international corporations and government entities on complex commercial and cross-border matters. His experience spans high-value transactions, international arbitrations, and litigation involving financial instruments, investment agreements, infrastructure and construction projects, joint ventures, real estate development and financing, as well as corporate governance and regulatory investigations.

Constantinos has degrees in both Law and Computer Science. Upon completion of his law degree he joined one of Cyprus’ largest law firms where he advised international clients with assets spanning the energy, real estate, logistics, retail, media and hotel industries. He is well versed in the day-to-day management of the legal affairs of Cyprus companies, partnerships and trusts. Through his 9-year career, Constantinos has gained substantial expertise in managing and conducting cross-border financing and acquisition transactions, is experienced in drafting of all manner of agreements and commercial documents and has consulted on commercial, corporate restructurings, joint venture and contract law related matters.
Constantinos is currently involved in all legal matters of the group and its investments and also serves as the company secretary.

Tasos is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of international experience gained in the UK, working for large multinational groups in the areas of tax, finance, customs and compliance.
Throughout his career, Tasos held various senior management positions in large multinational groups. He led international multi-disciplinary teams and successfully completed various high-profile projects. His international working experience has equipped him well to deal effectively with complex tax issues.
Before joining Takirra Investment, Tasos served as a UK Director of a global manufacturing group. He previously worked in various international groups operating in engineering, technology as well as the oil and gas sectors.

Irene is a tax professional with over a decade of experience gained at a Big Four firm in Cyprus, advising clients across border and various industries on a wide range of taxation matters.
Irene holds an LLB from the University of Leeds and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Irene brings deep expertise in local and international corporate tax, transfer pricing and tax policy developments at OECD and EU levels. She has led and managed a portfolio of clients, supporting both day-to-day tax compliance and conducting tax due diligence, while contributing to the effective management of tax matters in line with evolving regulatory standards.

Savvas is a professional tax expert with over 9 years of experience both in the audit and tax functions of a Big Four firm in Cyprus.
Savvas has experience in assisting various local and international companies in various tax projects as well as to comply with the Cyprus tax legislation.
Savvas has extensive knowledge and understanding of the Cyprus tax legislation and over the years he has developed the skills and experience to understand and manage a wide spectrum of projects in line with company requirements. Savvas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a Master in Business Administration.
